The Process

1. Asset Selection

Choose the real-world asset to tokenize, such as real estate, art, a commodity (like gold), or even financial instruments (like bonds). For example, a $400k property can be tokenized.

2. Legal Structuring

We will establish the legal framework to ensure the token represents legitimate ownership and(or) rights to the asset. This involves creating a legal entity (like a Special Purpose Vehicle) and ensuring compliance with local regulations, such as securities laws.

3. Valuation and Due Diligence

The asset is appraised to determine its value, and due diligence is conducted to verify its authenticity, ownership, and any encumbrances (e.g., liens). For the $1 million property, an appraisal confirms its market value. 3rd party analytics are used to assess the value of your asset on a daily basis and our dapp will be updated accordingly.

4. Ownership Creation

An NFT is created on #Cronos. The token is typically a smart contract that encodes the asset's ownership details and represents that owners share of the asset.

5. Regulatory Compliance

We will ensure the token complies with regulations like KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks. This step is crucial for investor protection and legal trading.

6. Issuance and Distribution:

The tokens are issued and distributed to our investors inside our “FUND.”

7. Trading and Management:

These NFT’s can be traded on our dapp which uses real time analytics of your asset. These will not be your typical NFT’s

8. Custody and Redemption:

The physical asset is held by White Stone to ensure its safety. Token holders can sell their ownership at any time on our dapp.
